Shipping policy

Shipping:
We currently ship to the USA, UK, Australia/New Zealand & select EU countries using USPS services and Canada Post Expedited, within Canada.  Orders are put into production 24 hours after your transaction. (Rarely, there may be delays due to fabric backorders - should this occur, you will be updated by email and again once the order successfully ships).  Please allow 1-2 weeks to complete your order before dispatch, after which time you may expect to receive your order in:

USA & Canada: 3-7 business days

UK: 5-22 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7-22 business days

Select EU Countries: 7-22 business days

Taxes & VAT: Tax or VAT on Shipments to the UK, Australia, USA and Europe may be collected at time of delivery.

★ NEW ★ Regarding President Trump's Tariff Act signed on March 4th, 2025, the current de Minimis law for imports into the USA, has NOT changed and orders UNDER $800 USD will NOT incur tariffs.  

★ HEADS UP ★  Please note until further notice, shipments to the USA valued at OVER $800 USD may incur Tariffs of up to 25%  Buyer beware :)

Damaged Goods:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
